My Stairway to Heaven, is my interpretation of what that stairway may look like, peaceful, bright but cloudy and well, just heavenly. It was painted in 2015 in an oil medium on a 24x18x1 back stapled canvas with finished edges. While this one has been SOLD as with all my paintings I can paint it again for you and it will still be a one of a kind original as every painting has slight differences. Signed and dated by the artist, Elizabeth vanKalleveen and includes a certificate of autenticity.

When I first saw this painting on Etsy I was astounded by its beauty and unique design. It had been sold but Elizabeth the owner of the store said she could paint another one for me but it would take some time as it is a large oil painting and needed time to dry properly. I received it the other day and I am thrilled with it. It’s a marvelous painting. Visually it is beautiful and serene. For me it is a very emotional painting but in a good way. I feel a lovely sense of calmness when I look at it. The colors are amazing and the clouds and staircase are fantastic. Elizabeth is a brilliant artist. Her store is terrific with so many incredible pieces of art. I would be happy to own more of her work. This painting arrived sooner than I expected and was extremely well packaged. I am so happy I found such a wonderful artist.
